thanks for the advice on this, the oly problem in using the refresher lesson then using their car is tht i wouldnt be used ti the car and probably stall it and fail!!hahaha.yes at the moment we cant afford lessons for me and its not tooo stressful for him to be teaching me,hes only moved out 15 times !!appreciate what you have got x0

yeah that is a problem. My car is different to my instructors car. And because mine is petrol his is deisel the feel of the car is much different too.
maybe depending on your make of car you will be able to find an instructor with the same car.
the most popular learner cars around my area are,
Ka, Clio, Corsa, Focus0 -
well actually dont think noone would have our car as a learner car !!its a 1994 citroen, its not power steering and only has 4 gears hahahaappreciate what you have got x0
-
lol. well we all start to learn with something! hehe. in a test situation you may struggle without powersteering unless your very very quick on the wheel.
also you need to make sure you have the right insurance cover to sit your test in it.0 -
yes practising all that now,it is alot harder, but i actually had a lesson the other week and found it harder in the newer car,im used to driving my own and think i might stick to it till im more confidentappreciate what you have got x0

ye the difference between the two is quite striking especially when your used to one or the other.
When looking for a cheap car to learn to drive in I had a non powers steering car and was yanking the wheel around but i got used to it. but then when i switched to power steering i found i was turning way to hard to move a little angle! i soon got used to that though and i find it so much easier on the arms especially when turning in the road.
but as long as your used to your car and practise enough im sure you'll be fine

Is this just for new sign ups, I was wondering if I could sign up with the Tesco Deals starter pack and use these for the next block of lessons.
Yes you can combine the Tesco deal and the FIVE475 deal thus giving you a total of 9 lessons plus the other bits and bobs such as simulator training etc.
The offer can only be used once so your not able to book 10 lessons for £150 to start with.
I hope this is of some use0
