Trainee driving instructors are allowed 3 attempts to pass their assessment, so a trainee could fail an assessment in the morning yet still be training you in the afternoon. Nothing wrong with BSM provided you get a fully qualified instructor (they will display a green badge on their windscreen), rather than a trainee.
I agree - I heard this from a friend who has just qualified as a driving instructor and that BSM pay their instructors the least which is why many of them are these trainees.0 -
Hi what does it mean by not inside the m25?0
-
It means only applies to people living outside of the M25 area

That's strange as my driving instructor said pay the test fee to the BSM people, but that we would arrange a mutually convenient test time and that he'd sort it out. I paid my fee, and told the BSM people that I was going to arrange the time with my instructor. It seems that after that they took it upon themselves to automatically book the test for me, even at a centre I didn't want to do the test at. Nothing to worry about however as my instructor sorted it out. So in my experience it seems they are quite happy to put you in for your test with no discussion with your instructor.0 -
