Having a zero hrs contract

So what do ll's think of people on zero hr contracts? Currently I have a perm full time job as well as an agency job. When I move next year I aim to work for the agency (nursing) full time- 3-4 days a week, if I can't get perm work. I have spoken to many who manage to work this way full time but will I be able to secure a rental on this sort of contract? My partner would be working full time but wouldn't be x30 rental even at £650 a month.

Think these zero-hours contracts are most unfair on the employee.
As a landlord I would want to see bank statements.. As long as there was a good track record of decent enough & regular payments for work you'd be in the same position as the self-employed or, eg, what I used to do - short-term, can be fired on 1 minutes notice, IT contracting.
As long as credit check & previous landlord(s) references were OK you'd be in the list along with anyone else promising.
Good luck!!0
