PPI pay out Issue

Hi All ,

Looking for some advice a credit card company I am dealing with agreed that the PPI had been nissold to me after the Ombudsman got involed.

Its now a year on since this descion and I have not recieved an offer.

I have contacted the Ombudsman who have informed me that the company is looking into what should be paid and that they have allowed them a further 4 weeks.

I pointed out that this was 12 months of extra 4 weeks and was informed that the Ombudsman that they are at the mercy of the credit card companys as to when they decide to comply.

Any advice on how to proceed to a resolution would be helpfull as it seems the ombudsman is unable to help.
