Hi,
Has anyone had any dealings with this company, good or bad?
They have a phone deal I am interested in, but do not know them at all. I found the deal through u switch
I have linked this on the mobile phone board as well

And now I have the joy of having my foster granddaughter becoming my real granddaughter. Can't ask for anything better

UPDATE,

No idea about how reliable they may be, but they've been registered (as a website) since something like 2007, and appear to have an address on an industrial estate (probably not surprising if they mainly do mail order/internet orders).

Good and bad reviews, might help you make your mind up if it's the site you are thinking of ordering from.

I'm pretty sure they trade using several websites. About three years back I tried to order a particular phone from them and the order failed because they had no stock but their process had already put me through a network credit check before the stock problem showed up.

I tried to get the same phone and network from a different website and the same thing happened. It may even have happened a third time but I can't remember in detail. When I did find someone with the phone I wanted in stock I failed the network credit check - as I have a perfect credit record I can only assume it was the earlier failed orders post checks with the network I wanted and I had to choose a different network.

Don't know what deal you are after but it might be best to wait at least until tomorrow. The three deal being discussed on hotukdeals should be available to all by then and hopefully a few days later Quidco/TCB cashback might be available. :)

  • I would advise anyone to stay clear . I have been trying to get a phone repaired I brought from them for the last 3 months . There is no aftercare. They dont care about their customers , they dont reply to emails. Or even complaints. They must be trained to ignore you and hope you go away. Its a shame companies are allowed to get away with such poor aftercare service. Anyway dont just take my bitter advise, read other reviews they all say the same , stay clear and pay a few extra quid to a more reputable company who appriciates your business. Such a horrible feeling being ripped off.

That was going to be my advice, too!
