Dabs.com good bad customer service

Hi Bought a £300.00 laptop from Dabs ebay outlet, couple of days later they ran a promotion to get £20.00 off.
Contacted them and got a sorry we cant help email, now they are ignoring my emails.
Anybody else had any problems?:mad:

You have no legal rights to the difference.

How long ago did you buy it? In theory you could return under the DSRs and re-order at the lower price, but if you've used the laptop this is likely to be difficult. Plus you'll have to pay return postage, so it'll probably cost you over £20.

Just chalk it up to one of those things.
