Oh come-on! How about actually looking at the Forum. :eek:0 -
Hmmmm.
Sounds emitting from radar - bleep, bleep, bleep! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

3:00am a strange time to be at one of the country's quietest airports
Despite my previous comments about signage I can confirm the signs are not readable whilst driving past in the dark. The OP is correct also in the assertion that all the roads do look like public roads. In fact part of the approach road that connects to Hayfield Lane is.
Maybe the Parking Prankster could pay Robbing Hood a visit and puck up a PCN and appeal to POPLA only on the relevant land/ bye laws issue?
Best wishes0 -

Thanks 103Rich - Apologies for upsetting everybody. This is my first time on a forum.0 -
I fail to see where I have been impolite, if you don't want advice continue posting here. For advice please create your own thread! When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

No problem.
Start your own thread so that we can help you personally not getting advice for more than 1 person confused with another.
You will find us helpful, as long as you are prepaerd to do a bit of work yourself. :beer:0
