Really need help with troublesome neighbour URGENT

Hello all me and my wife urgently seek advice ASAP before this escalates further with a neighbor making life near impossible for me my children and the wife. Let me take it from the top.

on the 19th we found out our next door neighbour made up some pretty serious lies about us to our other neighbours so we told them to stay from us and leave me and my family alone we want nothing to do with them.

After receiving threatening messages I phoned the police warning that there will be trouble and as I was on the phone to them, They stormed up our house and tried to assault my wife whilst holding my newborn son so I did the right thing I stood between them and pushed her away from my son for safety.

it was left at that until on the 26th she phoned the police reporting me assaulting her on that incident despite the police telling me I did the correct things I have since been arrested for ABH pending further enquiries and also there has been malicious calls to the Social services about me and my wifes parental capabilities despite again being told we are excellent parents we have now since receive a letter from the housing association saying that we are harassing them causing distress and abuse by throwing empty beer cans and stones at their windows and stuff and could be getting evicted from our premises despite doing none of the above!?


What the hell Can I do? My wife has just been admitted to hospital over the stress and worry of it all and we have had no choice but to temporarily relocate 20 miles away for 2 weeks.

What Can I do without sounding like I am just tattling in revenge this is driving us to the point of break down

You need professional help not some wise guys off the internet (including me!).

TBH this is the wrong forum - it's about DIY type stuff in the main.

Repost on House Buying etc.

Edit: and if you decide you need to bump your thread on there, best not to insult the other threads in doing so - just because your thread is important to you, doesn't mean the other threads aren't important to other people.

Sounds like you need to sit round a table with your neighbours and an arbitrator.See you on another board. You need to find out who offended first, even if that person didn't know they were offending.

this will never be resolved. You need to ask your HA to rehouse you to another area sufficiently far away. In future, if this kind of thing happens again, always call the police first & use phone of camera to record everything.

Agree with quidsy. Sadly, either your family or your neighbours will have to be rehoused. That's the best solution. It sounds like the situation has deteriorated too far.
