Liquid Waterproofing roof question

Hi just had two roofs refurbished with a liquid water proofing. One roof was coated in one go and all fine the other roof has an area that was coated about a week later than the rest of the roof and is a completely different colour.
Been told that this will chalk down but not happy with this answer, as this has gone over the original time they said it would take to blend. Does anyone know if a batch difference would cause this great difference in colouration or could a base coat not have been applied before the top coat?
The roof looks awful because of this colouration and wasn't cheap. Not getting much help from company and their customer service is awful.

'Fraid you've wasted your money. Yes - all paints have batches and will be a slight;ly differing shade.
It will not do anything for your roof, other than reduce your bank balance.
Are you really suprised that the customer service is poor?
Please do research before shelling out large sums of money on un-necessary works in furture.
Sorry can't be more positive.
