Alas, the cinema offer isn't valid for the cinema thats nearest me so when I goto tonight it will be full price but thats not to bad as yesterday was a NSD and today I have only spent £1.75 for work, ticket will cost £6-7 plus popcorn so under £15 I reckon.
3 NSD's this month so far I believe and not likely to spend money in the next 2-4 days either.0 -
Last day on my weeks holiday and I am of to the cinema for the third time in a week! I don't think I have ever done that before and whilst its another £7 to go its nice going with my friends and keeping in touch as I do have a tendency to hibernate quite a bit.
The state of play is at the moment:
Money in:
Money left in spending account £91
Money left in Bill account £58
Money incoming: £450 rent
Mileage from previous Month £26
Total:£625
Money out:
Fathers Bday Present £37
Charity donation £10
Debt Repayment £ 250
Council Tax £87.57
Charity donation 2 £20
Bills £47.27
Dentist £36-£50
Total: £487.84
Spending for Fuel, food etc left: £137
Debt repayment isn't quite as much but that's down to the the glasses which were needed and needed for the next two years.
So £137 left for fuel and food and entertainment and 19 days till payday.
Tight but should be ok0 -
hmmm 5 days later and my spending hasn't been great.
Debt repayment will prob be £200 this month and leave about another £140 but I got to get to the dentist and buy a birthday present but I do have a full tank of fuel and a bit of food in the house0 -
I'm much the same in that I know how to get my bills down but it's the other spending that sees money pour through my fingers!
I got the hard sell in Tesco last time too, ended up getting glasses I didn't want to buy from them, then they charged me a fortune for anti-glare and didn't put anti-glare on. Tried to argue that they had but couldn't explain why I was being blinding during night driving, they coated 'again' for free and then I could see again. I'm going back due to the free eye tests and cos I want to start wearing contacts again and they do the cheapest deal on my preferred lenses. I'm taking a friend for moral support and to get me out of there a.s.a.p. and without new glasses.
