Residential cookery courses

Hi

I was wondering if anyone had been on/could recommend a 5-7 day cookery course in the south of England. I've tried googling, and a few things come up, but they seemed more focussed on chalet hosts, and yachting, rather than a keen amateur who wants to improve.

one that looks ok is ashburton, but I was wondering wither there were any other courses people could recommend.
