Complaint against The AA

I love how that second reference number is over 1000 higher than the one from 15 days ago. That must mean what? around 67 complaints a day?

Well I suppose they are not flogging enough un-needed batteries to stranded motorists anymore so they are looking for some other income stream.

sorry for not getting back sooner but i finally recieved payment last friday , having spent 3 days getting badgered by lads in work i decided to ring them up again , apparently the payment would not go through automatically so they had to get the finance department to do it manually , why they did not ring me to explain this over the 50 odd days is anyone`s guess when they obviously knew it wasnt going through , i did get a follow up call monday to check money had been recieved which was appreciated .
All in all a poor opinion of the AA which will result in me finding a alternative next year . regards :beer:

p.s Thanks for replies to this thread even though i wasnt looking for any , great place to get things off your chest without doing to much damage
