Hi all
I'm wanting to fit a car flap to our side door which is uPVC. Because of recessed panels in the door I will have to fit it very low on the door and was wondering what the composition of this part is? Are there any metal bars in there!?
Many thanks

If you are looking to cut through a panel rather than the frame or cross members then you will likely find it is expanded foam.Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..0

It will be filled with foam or have both ply and foam in between. A jigsaw will glide through it, make sure you tape the area in question so the metal on the jigsaw doesn't scratch the panel when cutting0
