British Gas Poor C/S please help

Hi there

on the 04.05.07 of last month , they fitted a new key meter , as the token meter did not work when i purchased £10.00 credit.

they told me to send the tokens back to this address

Southampton
S014 ONE


i sent them back on the 11/05/07 still no response , does anybody now of someone i can email or write to.

I now £10.00 is not alot but B/G should treat the customer properly

Current turnaround on correspondence is up to 30 days, so I'd recommend giving it up to another week. If you haven't heard anything by then, write in a letter of complaint and if that fails, contact energywatch.

Also check they haven't credited the keymeter - unlike token meters they can update them remotely and it is possible they have sent the credit to that.
