Has anyone heard of this company?

Options
Hello!

We are currently in the process of buying a house in London and the property agent (a reputed estate dealer) has recommended we go through an agency "Your********" (can't post the name due to forum rules) who manage the end-to-end property buying / selling process for the London market. I am unsure if this agency is a reliable company.
I spoke to a person at the agency and he said they charge a fee for helping clients buy / sell their properties. Basically, they arrange property viewings, arrange mortgage, solicitors, man & van services - so the buyer / seller just has to sit back, relax and watch the process flow. I am apprehensive of such as service.
Has any one ever used such a service?

Cheers

why would you pay someone to do all those things that you can do yourself, and mostly for free... I wouldn't touch them tbh

I have to agree with suesstew, why on earth would you pay an agency to do things you can manage to arrange for yourself even if living a distance away?

What it all boils down to is the ea & the agency in question all making a nice tidy sum for themselves by arranging services etc for you at a more inflated rate than you would be able to achieve if you source them yourselves.
The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.

I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.
