house buying nightmare

Options
I have seen a semi detached property which is on the market for 195, I put an offer in for 178 which was refused however the EA rang me asking how quick I can complete & how long ago my property sold so to which I said I had sold 3 weeks ago & would be looking to move asap to which he replied the offers been refused can you increase I said no my budget is 180 & ive withheld 2k for stamp duty, the next day I rang them again & increased offer to 180 the next day they rang me again the offers been refused can I increase I said no so he said if anything changes we will get back to you. I now don't know what to do either sit back & wait or increase my offer, am I being played? as my offer is the highest one shes had & its only 15k less then the asking price & it does needs loads of works. x

If that`s a nightmare , just wait till you have an offer accepted on a house and enter the next stage of it all !
Never, under any circumstances, take a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night.
