Seriously now, I am as rascist as the next person, but the fact that the CC company uses Indian Call Centres is irrelevant as is the unspecified Brain injury. The debt was accrued before the injury and therefore it should be paid -( unless you feel no need due to the nationality of the call centre operatives) Perhaps people should consider taking out Payment Protection Insurance to cover such eventualities.

To all the people who have given sensible advice I thank you for taking your time to respond.

I would now kindly ask if a moderator is available that if its not too much trouble could they kindly delete this thread. I joined this site many years ago before it was sold and it was a great place to visit but sadly times seem to have changed for the worse.

"Also for your information I am not and have never been a racist" - never said you were, was just wondering why you mentioned it. No need to be so defensive

So much so you mentioned it twice. It had no relevance to your query. Would you have put 'English call centre' if that was the case?

    He did.

If the uk call centre was calling 3-4 times a day then yes I would have put 'English call centre'.
