Regular Savings advice wanted

Hi all

I am a non tax payer and I want to put £8,000 plus £100 a month into a no risk account for 10 years, can anyone advise me which account will earn me most interest. I just want to leave the money there and not touch it for 10 years.

I would be grateful for any advice.
