Quick update:
I spoke to the planning department this morning and the official says I could have a valid complaint about the use of PE in that car park. I have to put it in writing so it can be investigated properly so the letter will be posted tomorrow.

I may also point out that there is a right of access to another business through that car park so the small print on PE's notices that says entering the car park = acceptance of the contract/conditions is ridiculous and unlawful.
Or maybe should I threaten to sue the Shop for harassing me when I lawfully access the other business by driving through their car park? There are no 'wardens', only a camera on the entrance/exit.

I am waiting for a reply from the Council re the car park at the Dunstable branch changing to "Aldi Customers Only" ("enforced" by PE of course).
