Graham White / Roxburghe / Excel / Peel Centre

Hi - I parked here in Feb and as far as I recall I purchased a ticket.
I received a photo of my car showing the car and number plate but nothing to suggest I did not have a valid ticket in the window.
I emailed Excel 06 March within the appeal timeframe asking for their evidence since I could see none.
I received no reply just the next letter in the chain - so I emailed on 14th April wondering how they could escalate without providing evidence and without responding specifically to my earlier email.
Next letter arrived. I emailed 17th May explaining they could not simply ride roughshod through my appeal / request for evidence.
Next letter arrived - Roxburghe. I emailed 26th June all parties this time, explaining this matter was now 3.5months old during which time Excel had declined to provide any evidence to their claim and as such, I considered the matter closed and would take seriously any further correspondence as attempted extortion, harrassment and bullying.
Received a reply from Roxburghe from a 'Chelsey Homewood' saying my claim had been rejected because I did not display a valid ticket. I emailed, asking where the evidence of this was because none had ever been presented.
Next letter arrived - Graham White. Read about this and how they appear to be a phoney front misrepresenting a 70yrs+ solicitor Michael Sobell.
I emailed all parties today, 28th June confirming I considered the matter closed and explaining if they do pursue this through the courts, I will insist all parties and named persons attend and that I would be pursuing each individually and collectively for attempted and systematic extortion, harrassment, bullying and misrepresentation.
Andy advice other than do nothing now?
ALSO - Who can we contact with respect to the PEEL Centre because there's no way I'm shopping there again....
I think if enough of us complain, we can get these faceless trolls kicked out - hitting them where it really hurts...

So they never sent you a POPLA code. Not much more you can do as regards Excel, Poxburghe etc., just forget about them. If they ever dared take you to court they would be a judicial laughing-stock for completely ignoring the Code of Practice they have signed up to.
As for the Peel Centre, it's owned by The Peel Group. A visit to Companies House website and a contribution of £1-£2 will get you the names and home addresses of all of its directors. I'm sure they will just love to read your comments over their cornflakes one morning (although given the time of day the post arrives since they abolished the 1st post they are perhaps more likely to be reading your thoughts over their Horlicks...)Je suis Charlie.0 -
The same Peel group that owns various airports and who also employ Excel to send out silly PCNs for "unauthorized parking" . The only "crime" that's been commited is that the motorist has stopped on the access road to adjust their seat belt, or to sort out some paperwork before entering an onsite car-park, or even to post a letter. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

Is there a Peel Centre facebook page?!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
