It was my 40th birthday on Friday and my husband did a surprise party for me on Saturday, family & friends came and there was a bouncy castle - I thought it would be fun to go on it but somebody landed on me and I felt a rip in my knee. Not a great start to my forties lol.

So glad to hear all is sorted out. You will, I assure you, enjoy the Cayman Islands I've & still amazed three years later when I look at our photo's.
Now go to the hosp & dream of fresh coconuts straight from the tree, with milk all cool & delicious. Time standing still whilst you catch some serious sunshine.
So much better to think about than knees, I know about that too they are talking about me having to have new knees since I fell in February.
