Hi there, Sorry if this is in the wrong place but couldn't find the proper place to ask.
I ordered from Nails inc, but only received part of the order, All I wanted to ask them is am I ever going to get what I paid for or a refund? Simple...
However they never answer the phones it always go to a voice mail, I left messages but no reply, I have e-mailed a nearly a week ago 3 times, no response, And my facebook post was ignored?
Im at a loss as who I can ask? The number is was ringing is 0207 529 2340 and head office 0207 4934494, All the time is answering machine,?
My question is what can I do next? If indeed there is anything I can do, Never in my life have I ever found it this hard to actually speak to someone regarding an order..

How did you pay?
If it was via a debit or credit card then contact the card issuer and tell them of the problem, stating that you want to proceed with a chargeback for undelivered goods.

If you paid by Paypal then you should open a dispute with them.

Was your purchase from https://www.nailsinc.com?

If so, their registered address is in their T&Cs:

2nd Floor, Waverley House, 7-12 Noel Street, London, W1F 8GQ

Also in their T&Cs is a return address should that be needed:

6 Heddon Street, London W1B 4BT

Both addresses might be useful if you need to write a real letter.
