Prestige de Limoge

I would be interested in hearing from anyone who has had any dealings with this French Porcelain Company. I recently received a phone call inviting me to one of their Presentations which would be taking place at a hotel local to me. I asked how they had got my personal details (they had my name, address & tel. no.) he said from the telephone book. The invitation duly arrived but the Christian name on the invite was different (although still mine) to the one I choose to have in the telephone book. Consequently I am rather anxious to know exactly WHERE they got my personal info from. I did a 'google' on the Company only to find some rather disturbing information - many of their customers were unhappy with the products, had not realised how much the complete dinner services would ultimately cost (very cleverly concealed) and making it very difficult to cancel orders within the 7 day 'cooling off' period. Altogether a great many very disatisfied customers. I will not be attending this presentation, but if anyone reading this gets an invite or knows of someone - do proceed with caution, these people are very clever manipulators.
if i had known then what i know now

Thats about the right price for a dinner set these days.

I paid four million pounds for my table and six chairs and £250,000 for my special dinner set.
