Hi all,
this is another problem with my car which I have wrote another post about but a quick recap is a bought a used car from a garage and we are having quite a few problems with it which the garage are refusing to take responsibility for. I thought a separate post with a more relevant title might find someone who can help with this problem.

The car was advertised with 50000 miles and has just short of 29000 miles on the clock. When speaking to the garage yesterday we were told to take a close look at our MOT certificate as they believed the car to have done more mileage. We looked at the mileages listed on the MOT and the car has done around 65000.

What can be done? I am in the middle of writing a LBA as they are refusing to repair the faults with the car.
