Help with ESA please

Omg lol, that's exactly our situation! I can't hold my arms up above my head long enough to shampoo and condition, and DH can't bend low enough to wash below his knees.

Yes, but surely there has to be more to it than that to claim you need to provide care for each other for 35 hours a week.

We don't get carers allowance, I never said we did. This is about ESA claims, and the above was just one example of where there might be confusion between his ESA form and mine.

Sorry I assumed you were looking into it after reading this:

Im a bit fuzzy on what im actually getting paid for at the minute as ive had so many letters messing around the payments (due to DH becoming ill as well, help with mortgage interest kicking in, being eligable then not eligable for carers allowance . . .)

Ahh I can see where I confused you, apologies I get mid rate care on DLA and before my husband got put into ESA support group himself, his income was low enough for him to claim carers for me, now he has ESA support group his income is no longer low enough to claim, though he does provide well over 35 hrs care for me

He doesnt get DLA care rate at all so no carers allowance on my side, though with my ESA I wouldnt be entitled anyway.
