Mine lasts that long loose in the salad drawer

Does it keep crisp in foil? Mine always goes soft and bendy if I keep it in the salad drawer.I'm a retired employment solicitor. Hopefully some of my comments might be useful, but they are only my opinion and not intended as legal advice.0

If I had 2 or 3 packets of celery in the fridge...OH would still eat the lot. He'd just say that he was hungry. Good tip though for those that can get it to last longer than 2 days.Baby Year 1: Oh dear...on the move

Mine too
I don't actually like celery but I can tolerate small amounts in soups/stews, and always add a stick when making stock, so a pack would easily last me 2-3 weeks. My mum used to stand it in a glass of water on the kitchen windowsill and it lasted quite well too."An Ye Harm None, Do What Ye Will"

I bought tons of celery. I am thinking about freezing them but I am not sure how to do it? What can I cook with frozen celery? I only found this thread https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/46766 but I don't have foil.0
