Convert computer into TV

Hi

Posted this yesterday but in the wrong place!

I am wanting to be able to convert my computer into a TV as and when I like.

Does anyone know what I should buy to do this & what channel's will be available? can I get a magic eye to watch sky tv?

Any advice apreciated

You could use one of these, or these
If you already have a Sky digibox you can wire the RF2 output to the above through a Magic Eye.

I use an ElGato EyeTV410 Freeview tuner with my computer (Apple Mac G4 tower). Works like a PVR.

I take it you have windows. If so which version? If it's Vista or a MCE edition of XP look for a TV card that is compatible. Using Media Center(american) Edition of windows can really make things a lot easier and better looking! And as posted above, look at the hauppauge site, they are regarded as the leaders and provide the best hardware!
Good luck! Setting up a PVR *CAN* be a pain in the rear! But don't let it put you off!
