cheapest tariff

hi i cant sign up to the energy club since im in student accommodation and dont know the suppliers etc. i will be moving to an independent flat on my own and i wondered which company would be the cheapest to go with for gas and electric will be on a tight budget

There is no 'best' or 'cheapest' supplier. It depends on your region and kWh consumption, which a quick comp site check will tell you. Monthly DD tariffs are generally required for the cheapest online discount tariffs.
As explained above, when you move in you are in a deemed contract wit the existing supplier.
