Just to add: they want patient information when you register (illnesses / ailments etc) so not everyone might be comfortable signing up.

This is not a spam, I am new to this forum and could not find my original post.
Also you do not need to mention any medical conditions if you do not wish to. This is for consumer research, completing surveys about products and services and being paid for your time.
The company does also conduct medical research with patients but you do not need to take part in this if you do not wish to. You are always able to opt out if you so wish.
