Do I have to fill out a claim form if I want to leave?

I have received A claim form for possesion of property from county court on Friday 21st of June. I want to leave on the 9th of July. I send a letter to my letting agant to inform them. Do I still have to fill out the claim form and send it to the court?

I would to cover yourselfDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
