i have some clothes i bought 12 months ago and still the reciept..they were never worn and still have the tags on. Bought them for my brother, but he moved to spain. So now i found the bag. Should Next still refund me?

Well US LAW isn't exactly the same as UK LAW.

You can still be executed (in some states).

Think I'll stick with UK law; given it's what I know;)
