Halifax and BOS

Since accounts with these banks appear on both banks' online banking, they must all be on the same system so can you deal with a Halifax account at a BOS branch and vice-versa?

There are things that you can do at a Halifax branch when dealing with your BOS account and vise versa.

It depends on what you want to do in a branch?

I just wondered in general if I could treat my local Halifax branch as if it were a BOS branch if I ever needed to go in?

And if there's something you can't do in branch, they will let you call the telephone banking from their phones. I deal with my BOS current account at a Halifax branch.

I was told I couldn't make my BOS account joint in a Halifax branch though
