Barclays Online playing up

It has been impossible for me to select the log in with Pin Sentry 'radio button' on Barclays online today 27/6/2013.

Anyone else seeing this?

PS...yes I have logged off/on PC, refreshed cache, cleared temp internet files etc....

Have you tried another browser to see if it's a problem local to you or a Barclays issue?

...just became available again in Chrome, thanks......interested if others had it with other browsers as well this afternoon?

....spoke too soon....has stopped again in Chrome...will try Firefox!

Yes, I'm having the same trouble in IE as well. When I tried mobile pinsentry as an alternative, the next button is then ignored, so you still can't login.

With Chrome I couldn't get beyond the previous screen that asks for your surname because the Next button is ignored.

Barclays confirmed they have a problem but this news probably comes to most like mustard after a meal lol

Happened when I tried to log in using Chrome at 7.15pm. It would not submit information to Barclays as far as I could see.

(Now working with Chrome again)

Hi,

I was just wondering if I am the only one experiencing problems with the Barclays text balance service? It is supposed to text every Friday which it did do for a few weeks (admittedly it got later and later on in the day) and then two weeks ago nothing, last week a text balance at nearly 5pm the latest yet and then today nothing again. I've contacted Barclays who suggested I checked my settings which I have done and they are all correct, as is phone number etc. Unsure as to why I receive it some of the time and not at others and why it's at a different time each week. My husband banks with Lloyds and he receives his at exactly the same time every single week without fail. Am begining to think that this is someone at Barclays forgetting to push the "send" button but wanted to check it wasn't just happening to me first!!
