Quidco payment success for Santander 123

For those wondering how long for Santander payments to come through on Quidco, mine have just arrived for both 123 products today.:j

So it seems to be exactly 4 months from application to payment.

With Topcashback, I had to raise a manual claim, which in it's own right had problems as it tracked but payment was "declined".
However about 4 months since opening, the £60.60 (matched Quidco rate) is now showing as payable.

I did send an email to Santander too, so they may have re-looked at the case.

So long as it has tracked, you should be covered.

They said they would look into it.

I also tweeted Santander who said they would also look into it. Don't know if the bank did anything (not contacted me) but TCB said I should log a missing claim. After doing that, reminding them it should be a higher rate, a few weeks later it now shows as £60.60 in the payable section.

Success. I have found TCB are really good at stuff like this.

    Mine did track correctly though.
It recorded the visit and tracked as £0.00, which it should do. However that is supposed to change when it becomes "confirmed" or "payable" <-- can't remember which. Mine didn't but the tracking details were still there so it all worked out fine.
For the manual claim I put in the "value spent" box: £1. You can't put 0.

Well at least you lot are lucky.

Some Santander accounts opened this end (last year) & still nothing.
