Payplan - property valuation at end of IVA

Just a quick question for anyone who has experience with Payplan - 6 months before the end of my IVA I am supposed to get my property valued, - I assume that this will have to be a "real" valuation by an EA rather than a figure from Zoopla? (which was used at the start of the IVA). Are you supposed to get a valuation for a quick sale? Do you have to get more than one valuation? Can you pick which EA's are used? I assume that evidence of the valuation must be supplied to Payplan?

Hello ilikewatch, I started with Payplan 2 years ago and they required a a valuation then from a local EA of my choice. That was to start not to end but I guess its the same.

Ah, I started mine almost 4 years ago and they just used their own Zoopla valuation

My IVA started in January this year with Payplan and they used a Zoopla valuation then.

We gave an estimate and it pretty much matched Zoopla so I guess there was the need for an EA valuation.

I would prefer a Zoopla valuation at the end of our IVA as it doesn't take into account anomalies in our road that an EA would see. :D
