Hi All,
I am looking for a decent mortgage calculator that gives a nice breakdown between capital and interest and also the possibility of overpaying my mortgage payments. I have only managed to find one calculator that presents these, loanmungerDOTcom
I just wondered if this is the only one out that there that does what I need or if there are any better ones?
Many thanks.

There's a good one via bankrate.com. It's in dollars but makes no difference, just imagine the dollar sign is a pound sign. It details capital and interest, overpayments, allows the term to be changed, etc. Really useful.0

Here is the link:
http://www.bankrate.com/calculators/mortgages/mortgage-calculator.aspx
Includes amount, term, start date, interest rate, allows extra payments, and if you click "Show/Recalculate Amortization Table" it shows you all of the repayments over the term, how much is interest and the loan amount reducing over the term.0 -
I use locoblade's spreadsheet, linked to at post #4 above.0
