Go to BlueSoleil home page
http://www.bluesoleil.com/index.aspx
At the top of the page it has a "New customer? Start here" link
Click there and should take you to a registration page. Register and wait for email and click link in email to activate account. Can't remember if that opens a page and logs you straight in but if not login yourself.
On blue strip near top of page choose Support then click on Quick Guides link, under User Guides.
This is a basic installation guide page but at 2.2.1 there's a link to Download page. Click there to open new window and scroll down to the links for IVT_BlueSoleil_10.0.417.0.zip , a PDF and a help file.
Download and unzip at least the IVT file and open folders to get to setup.exe and follow the Quick Guide page found earlier which advises uninstalling earlier versions via Control Panel if you did install anything.0 -

Thanks very much for your help but I think I'm just going to send them back. The manufacturer has now told me that the headphones are incompatible with the version of the dongle (2.0) that I have even though Amazon sold them together. Plus there's the problem that they use up one of my USB ports and whenever I get a new computer I'll have to go through this again. Forget it. I might try some radio linked headphones instead.0
