I don't usually post here although I do read most days.Yesterday we had an emergency as our 7 foot tall freezer died on us at 4.45pm.

I phoned our local independent electrical store,rather than the nearest Currys and the lady there was really helpful.

Fortunately their delivery men hadn't gone home and agreed to help out.

We rushed down there before closing,luckily they had an almost identical size freezer and within half an hour of me noticing ours was dead we had our new one home and installed..how's that for service!
