Public Sector job rise?

I appreciate your comment but it does annoy me that people seem to blame the worker in the black market rather than those who employ them without ensuring the HMRC know of it.:)
maybe maybe not; but what has that got to do with going to the job center to discuss job searching and issues once a week?0 -
well I have attended job centers seeking work and benefit and wasn't offended, have you and were you?
Fortunately I haven't had to but if they can't find you a job once a fortnight I can't see increasing it once a week will make much difference especially as there doesn't seem to be any plans to increase staffing levels.

Not first had perhaps you can explain to me how increasing the visits to once a week will help especially as the staff will probably have less time to spend with each person.
well there are a wide variety of people who are claim unemployment benefit and/or are looking for a job
people with low self esteem
people who have never worked
people who are stupid
people who are depressed
people who are lazy
people who have good qualification
people with good motivation
people workings on the black market
some, not all, will be helped but most genuinely seeking a job will suffer no disadvantage or be offended.
now if you have some magic to sort out those that won't be helped but are already doing everything possible from those that need help then please share that with us all.0 -

That doesn't explain how increasing frequency of attendance will help someone find a job.
I'm not sure why you keep going on about being offended0 -
-
because it encourages people to try and actually apply for real jobs and can to given confidence and be given support.
better daily
I'm not sure that is true and without increasing staff how are they going to do it.
Also I believe the majority of jobs are not advertised through job centres.0 -

so no need to go at all then
just give the money and maybe a once a year report/phone call to say they are still looking?0
