I wouldn't bother. Most of them look like spam, and I wouldn't open an email like that myself.
I'd send a nice, personalised email instead....much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -

jacquielawson e-cards are fab, I have received some from fiends and they are a joy0

jacquielawson ones are nice but when between you and your other half you receive one for each of your birthdays, wedding anniversary, christmas, new year and any other notable situation that crops up during the year (leaving old job, starting new job, exam, new cat(!)), and have seen every single card a million times, you do get a bit fed up of them. (MIL! And she sends a proper card too, always!! I once ignored the email but she actually RANG and asked whether I'd received my ecard *headdesk*)
Sorry OP I realise this isn't relevant to your situation but had to rant! Love my MIL really!0 -
I've gone away from e-cards, what I do is google "animated -theme of choice-", choose an image and then copy/paste into an email.
Recipients are always surprised expecting a few lines from me and finding instead a twinkly cat and birthday cake lol!0 -
Been using 123greetings.com for a long time. Very good and many card types. You will receive occasional emails from them, but all safe.0
