I can't go into details as I am getting trading standards and possibly the small claims court involved (plus anyone else I can think of) but for the love of God just DO NOT EVER buy from these people, they lost half my return (the most expensive half of course) and from starting off being totally useless, they are now ignoring me completely.

Funnily enough I was just praising sports direct online yesterday. We bought an electric scooter in April from them and its just had to be returned when agreement with the manufacturer regarding repairs could not be reached. Upon emailing them asking how we get a return and refund they promptly replied and supplied all details. I quick phonecall to them to arrange a courier collection for yesterday and before the scooter was even returned to them I had an email to say the refund had been processed. I was very impressed especially as my views of the highstreet store are very low.0

Oddly enough I've had nothing but excellent service from Sports Direct. I order online from them regularly and on the rare occasion I've needed to send anything back they've dealt with it swiftly and correctly.0
