Anyone have any opinions on these people or used them before?

They are offering 30% off at the minute which i suspect is a gimmick as im looking for a Rock door, and new soffit and facias.

Thanks

But 30% off what - this is meaningless statement without that other bit.

I often ask people "Do you really need replacement soffits and fascias? What is the reason behind this decision?" Often one is agreeing to cowboy butchery and worthless guarantees.

I accept people can spend their money on whatever takes there fancy.

However when I look at the dozens of houses near me with replacement fascias, soffits and cladding every one of them has been bodged to one degree or another. Perfectly acceptable and functional materials have been removed from houses and replaced by bad workmanship and bad materials.

Thanks. Well to answer your question it is 30% off windows, doors, soffits etc
More of an advertising tool than actual saving I think.

I want to replace as gradually I am going through the whole house, refurbishing the lot. I'm replacing misted windows, getting a new composite front door to replace a drafty and dropped front door. As for existing soffitt and guttering. Ita cast iron, partly blocked, when it pours down water backs up and comes outs a joint on the down pipe. The facias are peeling with paint and have swollen/warped and just look messy

But the replacement fascias may be little better in a few years time especially if you just have the existing ones over clad - which I do not recommend. Give attention to detail on rafter trays, roof felt, soffit ventilation, roof ventilation, fixings, colour and material quality if you decide to go down this route

As a guide, local companies are offering composite doors at around £749-£799 supplied, fitted and guaranteed - that is before one tries to negotiate on the price or specification.
