Best Place to change from £ to €

Hello all.
Really sorry if this has been asked a million times already.

I going to Cyprus on the 29th of july, going for 10 days

Now between now and then, i have 2 paydays and i will be changing some money to euro's on the next payday then most of my wage i get just before i go will be changed also.

I want to get a Travel Money Card for added security as i know travellers cheques are old school lol.

I know the exchange rate will change during the next month but i would like to know where the best place to exchange is? I am not the richest guy in the world and any extra money would be great.

We normally just turn up at the airport, draw cash out with our credit card and change the cash at the nearest FX desk. its 1.06 or so.
Anyone done better than that?

I would get euros out of a cash machine on arriving in Cyprus, using a fee free card. There's no finer exchange rate.
