Buyer got a great deal with my house. Is it normal or not to sell the electric arm of my garage door separately (son said he would like it too). Don't know if were being really stingy or is it ok to try and make a little on it? thanks may

If this is a fixture of the garage then it is assumed included. Certainly if Iwas viewing, I would assume it would be included as 'part of the property'.
But in theory, yes, you could make it clear it was for sale as anoptional extra.
Same with the windows. You could make clear to the buyers that you would be taking the windows out unless they made you an offer for them seperately.....0 -
I to would assume its with the house price, but yes you are allowed to remove it or ask for money for it.0

Is buyer aware of this arm? Is it in the details? Was it demonstrated or pointed out?
If it was, expect buyer to drop offer by the cost of replacement. You might as well ask the Wizard of Oz to give you a big number as pay a Credit Referencing Agency for a so-called 'credit-score'0 -
Thankyou for your take on it. We've decided to leave it with no mention of payment. I'd hate to annoy the buyers over a small issue like this.0
