How do I stop spam

Someone Please Help! I get upto 80 spam mailings a day - content is either viagra pills or loans and mortgages. I have a spamguard on my emails but how do I stop them permanently? Getting really annoyed with them

Only way to get rid of them permanently is to change address. I posted my method in this thread http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=466205 and I get zero spam."She is quite the oddball. Did you notice how she didn't even get excited when she saw this original ZX-81?"

I pick up mail from all my accounts via gmail and it does a good job of filtering the spam0
