so sorry to hear this happened to you as well, i went into the bank next day and asked how they do it, she just told me they are always one step a head of them and they knew my shopping habits so when it was used for hard rock cafe and phone top up it flagged up, i only pay cash for phone top ups. she said if they buy top up's they can be chased and found ( i doubt that myself ) i asked if i could be informed when they got them but she just said no and repeated i would not be charged.. that's fine but it does not make you feel any better does it. i also asked if there was more i could do to stop this and she just said NO !!!! i do hope you get your £20 back it's really hard for family's today as it was back in the 80's so i know your pain

My subscription to Ideal Home Magazine has ended now and I won't be renewing the subscription.

Usually the comp's can be entered online and these are covered on the main board so it's rare there's anything to post.
