  • Having a bit of a rough time at the moment, but the pet insurance pay out has finally come through so I'm feeling like I'm getting back on top of things a little but after some bad news last week I need a bit of time to get myself together so the plan for the next few months is just make the minimum payments until I can pull myself back together

    Life has a habbit of throwing spanners, you will overcome the latest.
    Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.
  • So I just wanted to share a little bit of potentially good news I have a telephone interview tomorrow for the job I want so hopefully if I get the job and the salary I want I'll be £550 a month better off which can go towards paying off my debt

  • Thank you all so much for the good luck but it needs to go on hold for a few days as the interview didn't happen :( not sure what went wrong but didn't get a call but fingers crossed that I find out why this week and it the interview happens soon

  • Thanks Tweets, I did have a phone interview on Wednesday and I thought it went quite well but I've not heard back so I guess not :(


    Hopefully something else will come up soon :) (trying to stay positive even though I don't feel it at the moment)


    Anyway next Friday is payday so I can make plenty of payments and get back on with paying off the debt

    They should let you know if you have got the job or not then you know instead of waiting :(
