Hi There,
Can anyone help, I am claiming from the A and L and I am taking them to court, I have just received a cheque for just over £400 and the court charges of £120 but the claim was for £1750, they say they are bringing it in line with the £12 that they deem as reasonable, has anyone had experience of this, do I accept? or should I return the cheque to the bank and continue with my claim.
Thanks
