First Direct PPI help

I have today had confirm from them of my loans and that ppi was on them.

They have provided me copies of the oldest agreements but they say they dont have documentation for the newest loan!
Which ran from 01-04 . I'm a bit surprised that they have the old stuff from 99,00 but dont have 2001-2004.
Where do you think I should go from here.

Ring them up again

They make notes each time you call them

Ask operator to scroll through your notes till u get to 2001 or when u took it out and look at notes

Thats what I did and they found i had applied for a loan fir £x and ppi was on it

Make sure when you send the fos form that you say you want them to investigate all loans inc the one in 2001. They shd have the details for it in ur notes.

I didnt have any loan acc details but FD are good and they tracked them all down
