Have seen a new house built by a small develper called Icongrove. But it's a private company and has little information online.
They are registered with NHBC though.
I can't find out any previous work done by them or anyone is saying anything about them at all.
Does anyone know how to check their reputation?
Thanks.

Ask themtorefer you to the owners of one of their properties!
Then gotalk totheowners.
If they can't won't give you the name/address, that should ring alarm bells.
They may quote 'data protection' (that easy excuse...), but provided the owner in question has agreed then there is no issue.
And surely if the owners of homes they've buit are happy with the homes, at least one of them must be willing to act as a reference........0
